Blue-Fin is a multi-national consulting firm that is looking to hire a new regional manager for their Asia-Pacific operations. In the past, the company would engage a recruitment firm to recommend candidates to be interviewed by senior management who will then select a candidate. As the new HR manager for the region, you would like to recommend a more comprehensive and robust process to select for this important position.
