On September 2, Baxter emailed a signed quote back to Rica. However, Baxter changed the number of Medium hoodies to 550 and the number of Large hoodies to 250. Baxter noted in his email, "Note that I made a small adjustment to the sizes in the quote. Everything else looks great. Will e-transfer you the $9,500 in a few minutes, thanks!" The next day, Rica emailed back writing, "The adjustment you made to the quote requires us to update the pricing to $20 per piece, all other terms staying the same. Please transfer another $500." Baxter is furious with Rica's response and believes that he has a contract with Quality at $19 per piece. Is he correct?
