Question

This agreement is made this 7th day of June, 2019, between Arman and Daria Farahmand, henceforth known as "Owners," and Norman Clarke, henceforth known as "Agent," and refers to the property located at 1707 Highland Avenue, Bristol, Wisconsin, 53104. Owners and Agent agree to the following terms: Agent will have exclusive rights to list this property until December 7, 2019. Agent will list the property for no less than $364,000, and the minimum selling price shall be $360,000. Agent is authorized to accept and hold a deposit for the sale of the property in the amount of 2% of the purchase price. Agent will receive a commission of five percent of the sales price of the property, payable for the duration of this agreement. This commission applies even if Owners manage to sell the property on their own. Commission shall also be payable should Owners come to an agreement within 15 days of the expiration of this agreement, provided that the Agent had been negotiation with the purchaser prior to this agreement's expiration.
