In chapter two, we examined emotional intelligence, goal setting, personal strategies to effectively deal with change. Research has shown people with higher EQ tend to not only be higher achievers, but they also are happier individuals. Besides emotional intelligence, we also learned the importance of goal setting, time management, and continuous learning as a basis for developing good human relations skills.
