Task 1: Basic Trauma and Emergency Medical Procedures

Discuss at least three basic trauma and medical emergency procedures, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and state the medical emergencies that would require these procedures to be administered. Please note that it is recommended that everyone should attend a course in CPR and other emergency procedures at an authorized training institute. In any emergency, if the patient is unresponsive, call 911 immediately.

Task 2: Weekly Meal and Exercise plan

Use online resources to create a week-long meal and exercise plan for yourself based on the recommended dietary guidelines for your gender, age, and current weight. Your plan should list three meals, at least one snack, and some form of physical activity for each day of the week. Research the number of calories you have each day to find out if you are receiving an optimal amount. Our bodies use calories for basal metabolic rates (BMR). To maintain your body weight, you must balance the calories you consume and the calories you expend. Find out how many calories you expended each day and compare this with the number of calories you consumed.
