It must include, wound cultures, bone biopsy (for osteomyelitis) and tissue biopsy, all labs including (inflammatory markers such as CRP and ESR, nutritional labs (CBC, CMP), antibiotics, vascular studies such as Arterial and venous doppler, ABI, TBI.

Psych consult for patient's non-compliance, OT and PT for adequate offloading of wounds in areas difficult to offload due to patient's contractures etc, and whatever else you need from a multidisciplinary team approach.
