Guillain Barre Syndrome (HCC) Autonomic Disorder Delirium Dysphagia Other Secondary Hypertension Pain Neuropathic Tachycardia Sinus Weakness General the patient was diagonsed with Guillain-Barre post mycoplasma infection. He was admiitted to PICU for rapidly progressive weakness and sensory loss including respiratory and bulbar muscles with respiratory failure requiring intubation. He has a medical history of ADHD. After anbibiotics and IVIG treatment, his condition was improvd and was extubated.He has done well with comfortable brathing in room air, no pain, muscle strength rapidly improved, still NG tube,but approved for soft food,going to trial oral intake witout NG this weekend. His current s/s is general weakness, intermittent HTN and tachycardia, neuropathic pain, and dysphagia. He is gettint treatment for neuropathic pain and HTN, contiuously monitor repiratory status, delirium, and feeding tolerance.
