1. How do you assess the effectiveness of your training materials? We can do a survey after the end of the training session. We can ask our learners in specific points in time while we're teaching them. What else? Identify at least 2 other evaluation methods you will employ in your training sessions. Be creative in determining how you can identify if your learners are understanding your content.

2. There are many development tools you can use - either in desktop and/or app format - that you can use in creating your training content. We know the standard Word-PowerPoint-Excel options, we also know we use our phone's cameras and post on Insta, YouTube, Twitter, FB. What are the other training tools that you can use to create powerful training materials? Name at least 2 and explain what they do as well as the URL's so we can all find them.
