We have tracked the earth as it has developed through various eras. We have seen a change in population growth, centering and agricultural, even urban use of lands and water. We have seen the influence of agricultural and tribal needs for added populations as the urge for numbers to survive in earlier times. We have moved through the agricultural age, to the industrial, and now the communications age - a third era. And, the population continues to double every 44 years!!!
