28 yo nullipara patient presents for annual gynecology evaluation, pap and contraceptive management. She has no history of abnormal paps and her last one was 3 years ago and was negative. After taking a thorough history and determination that her overall health is good and there are no contraindications to continuation of COC's you proceed to physical exam.
