For this assignment, you will examine the leadership at your workplace. (If not currently employed, you may choose a former employer.) Through direct observation and analysis of communications, you will determine how the leadership influences the organization's corporate responsibility (CSR) practices. For example, does leadership encourage and offer paid time for employees to volunteer at a local nonprofit? Does leadership participate in community engagement?

You will report your findings in an APA-formatted figure that follows an environmental, economic, and social framework. "Common types of figures include line graphs, bar graphs, charts (e.g., flowcharts, pie charts), drawings, maps, plots (e.g., scatterplots), photographs, infographics, and other illustrations (American Psychological Association, 2021). You will also write a 3-page summary.
