When we look at data manipulation, is this in a sense cleaning, and if it is cleaning or not, is it still accurate? This is what is called a "Catch 22", are we changing the outcomes to produce the information we want to see or is the accurate information that we do not really want to see? With all of the third-party tools that are available, such as Tableau, which have both a free version and a for-purchase version for data visualization.
