Situation 1: Business disruption has become a serious concern of the company president who wants to see a detailed plan before the work begins. She explains that current work must be completed in the old hangar and all new work is to being in the new hangar.

Scope: You are in the maintenance office of a medium sized repair facility. The senior manager has asked you to come up with a project plan and budget to move your 51-person maintenance facility from hangar 12 to the new and larger hangar 18.
