Mike and Angela enter into an agreement for Mike to purchase resin poker chips from Angela for 10 cents per chip. Mike is purchasing the poker chips for one of his casino customers. Mike is not certain of the quantity of poker chips he will need to purchase at the time he makes the deal with Angela because his casino customer has not finalized its order with Mike. The agreement between Mike and Angela contains no terms relating to quantity. Is there an agreement? Explain your answer.
