Jack is a 70 years old male who lives in the aged care facility. He used to work as security officer.

Around the facility, does not disturb another resident. Jack is talkative and loves to spend his with personal care workers. One-day jack spent 15 minutes telling about his stories when he was working as security officer. Jack was holding his pictures and talking to Henry. Jack speech was jumbled, he was confused about date and time but he was very happy as he was telling about his stories to the personal care worker (Henry). Henry was sitting with jack in the lounge room and listening to jack. At the same time other co-worker (David) came and said "old jack is telling you the same stories, jack is getting more confused and his stories does not make any sense, I think his dementia is getting worse day by day.
