Question

Tutor based on this article Tucker, E. & Lam, S. (2014). Dynamic leadership- a leadership shortage solution. Strategic HR Review, 13(4/5), 199- The article does not provide a clear definition of dynamic leadership, except to state: "To be placed in the dynamic group, participants needed to respond that their organization's leadership style is distributed, dynamic, collaborative, capability-based and performance-based." (Tucker and Lam, 2014, p. 199). Dynamic leadership is entailed in our Scholar-Practitioner-Leader (SPL) model. If you look at the word Practitioner, the root and verb is action or ACT. I refer to ACT as "Action Changes Things."

If a leader does not take action, nothing will happen. That is the essence of being a dynamic leader. Give a detailed explanation of what more can be said about dynamic leadership.
