Imagine you have run a descriptive study in which you measure characteristics of men and women working in a large corporation. You find that there are more women than men working in project oriented groups, whereas there are more men working on solitary projects. Additionally, you discover that 75% of the women were hired during a 3 year period whereas 40% of the men were hired at that time.

Please come up with a hypothesis in which you explore the tendency to work in groups. Compose a post stating your hypothesis, specifying your independent and dependent variables, and a short explanation of your reasons for your hypothesis.
