A research study showed that 50% of workers change jobs within 2 years of employment. George took a random sample of 100 new hires at Starbucks during the last 2 years and found that 47 had changed jobs. Is the job change rate at starbucks significantly different than the study results? Test at a level of significance of .05. Also find the p-value for the test results.
