Input Capacitor Cin
An ac signal is supplied to gate of the FET through an electrolytic capacitor known as input capacitor Cin. This capacitor allows only ac signal enter the gate however isolates the signal source from RG. If this capacitor isn't used, signal source resistance will come across the resistor RG and thus changing biasing conditions.
Assume a crane lifts a 900 kilogram wrecking ball 12 meters above a concrete slab. 105,840 Joules of potential energy are kept in the wrecking ball. Now the ball is dropp
why wouldn''''t you be electrocuted if you walked under an electric transmission line during a rainstorm?
EFFECT OF FIELD ON SUPERCONDUCTIVITY: Critical Magnetic field, H c is the maximum field that can be applied to a superconductor without destroying the superconducting behaviour
Wiedemann-Franz law: The ratio of thermal conductivity of a particular pure metal to its electrical conductivity is approximately constant for any given temperature. This law
Disadvantages of Low Power factor Greater conductor size : To transfer or distribute a fixed amount of power at constant voltage, the conductor will have to carry more current
Radioactive Decay Series The sequential decay of a given nucleus results in the production of a series of nuclei or elements. This series of elements thus formed is known as a
State Gauss' theorem in electrostatics. Using this theorem, derive the expression for the electric field intensity at any point outside a uniformly charged thin spherical shell.

1 Farad: One farad is described as the capacity of that capacitor which keeps a charge of 1 coulumb, if the potential difference among the plates is one volt. It's equation
The Schottky diodes are a semiconductor diode with a low forward voltage drop and a very fast switching action. The voltage drop at forward biases of around 1ma is in the range 0.1
