Q. Draw the flow chart of Risk Management-Activity and explain various Software risks.

Ans RISK is a problem that could cause a few loss or threatens the success of the project but which hasn't happened yet.

Typical Software Risks:-

Requirement Issues several project face uncertainty and turmoil around the product's requirements. If we don't control requirements-related risk factors we might moreover build the wrong product or build the right product badly. Either circumstances results in unpleasant surprises and unhappy customers. Few typical factors:-

  • Be short of clear product vision.
  • Be short of agreement on product requirements.
  • Un-prioritized requirements.
  • New market with uncertain requirements.
  • Quickly changing requirements.
