Explain Internal Defence Mechanism
Body's internal defence mechanism is carried out by white blood corpuscles (WBCs), macrophages, inflammatory reactions, fever, interferons, complement system and natural killer cells, as you may recall reading earlier. All of them together check the damage caused by pathogens. The host usually recovers from such invasions.
