Autocratic decision style:

The use of an autocratic decision-style method says that the new CEO of the company who is very much focused with the goals of the company and believes in the power which a team needs to possess to influence their goals and he also influence inspires and motivates his team members towards reaching their goal. The decision making style of an autocratic management style always help and creates a difference in the organization. This type of people has total control over their problems as well as they believe in managing their tasks as well as decisions. The autocratic decision style represents quick decision making, total control over the work and team, and submission of work within deadline etc, and accuracy in work. It depends on the way the person's prove their personality and the way of style to approach the members in the team and to achieve the goals. These people are very crystal clear with the thoughts and the decisions as well as their work and goals.

When we are talk about autocratic decision style, we know that there is no information and proper in-depth knowledge provided to people who have just entered in the group and the leaders are given high power to decide the decision. In autocratic decision style, the new CEO has given great power to take a decision and there is no involvement of executives etc. They assign work without consulting or co-coordinating with their employees and they assign without involving their team members in that decision because in autocratic decision style, executives are lazy, they don't want to complete the task with in time so the people need to be strong in handling their team members with strict rules and regulations and they need to be very fast while making any decisions.

Participative decision style

In terms of participative decision style, there is a decision made by all the employee's means by the whole union who are in the company, this decision style focus on everybody's thoughts and ideas, the management don't underestimate the decision and thoughts so as feelings of anyone in the company and provide equal rights to each of the individual who are associated with them in some form or other, they provide them equal opportunities and take the decision finally which supports each and every individuals feelings and so as understanding.

This decision style talks about the majority in the organization where each of the individual and employees believes in co-operating everyone. This decision style helps organization to achieve success with full co-operation, positive attitude which also helps the people to generate more volume of work in short time because employee's feel motivated and they feel their importance and value in the organization so as they get friendly and co-operative environment which helps them to achieve the goals of the company in a more productive form and create a high culture and values in the organization.
