Assignment Details

Identify one company from any industry that implemented and integrated E-commerce to add value to their operations and strategies. Briefly describe the enterprises, in terms of its operations, products/services, markets, competitors etc and its e-commerce strategies, initiatives and implementations. Please visit web sites, annual reports, media etc. of these companies to find the relevant information related in this matter. Your also need to refer to press releases, case studies ,white papers published in popular press and online databases.

Then, discuss the likely advantages they capitalised and issues they experienced from their e-commerce initiatives and strategies.

Assignment Requirements

You are required to submit a well referenced report style word document for your response. (in 500 words) maintaining academic writing norms.

Format and Submission

1. The report should be submitted electronically through ' Turnitin", plagiarism detectable website, details of which would be communicated later on.

2. You at least should have the following details:

a. Assignment Cover page clearly stating your name and student number

b. A table of contents.

c. A brief introduction or overview of what the report is about.

d. List of references.

3. Diagrams and tables clearly labelled and explained.

4. Ensure all material is correctly referenced. Plagiarism will be severely penalised.

Make use of computer software or other material and device(s) during an examination or other assessment task other than that specified for that assessment task; and

Have another writer complete an essay or assignment and then submit the work as your own.

Plagiarism is the presentation of the thoughts or works of another as one's own. Institute policy prohibits staff and students plagiarising any material under any circumstances. You are plagiarising if you:

 

Copy or paraphrase material from any source without due acknowledgment;

Use another person's ideas without due acknowledgment;

Collude with or work with others without permission, and present the resulting work as though you completed it independently.

Plagiarism is not only related to written works, but also to material such as data, images, music, formulae, websites and computer programs. Aiding another student to plagiarise is also a violation of the Student Academic Integrity Policy and may result in a penalty
