Thesis statement: Suicide in adolescents may be connected to depression, due to lack of mental health attention. Preventing the cause of depression which can cause feelings of hopelessness and helplessness and parents seeking mental health treatment for adolescents, can prevent teens from committing suicide.

Introduction Paragraph: There is an increase number of persons in the society affected and suffering from CVD in the recent past and this has made the death related to CVD increase in the developing and globally as well and this has called for attention to the health agencies and sector to embark on research and find the cause. Simultaneously, an equivalent increase in the number of mild cognitive impairment have been increasing and this causes a heath burden threat to what might be the cause of all this incidence and more to the aging persons

Body Paragraph 1: Increase number of people in society affected and suffering from depression

Facts: both depression and suicide correlates because of several factors common to the mental health disorders.

Example: Looking for instance, the cases of depression which is a mental health disorder and the lack of mental health treatment and undiagnosed disorders. We may associate depression as a lifestyle disease which affect quite number of individuals in the society. Because of the increased incidence of undiagnosed people in society and the stigma for certain cultures that are afraid or embarrassed to seek mental health treatment.

Body Paragraph 2: They also associate the depression with the increases incidences and prevalence of family history of suicide, physical and sexual abuse, and keeping firearms in the house

FACTS: the depression risk factors with close connection with suicide include family history of mental disorders or substance abuse.

Examples: A person experiencing deep sadness, loss of interest, trouble sleeping, and eating.

Body Paragraph 3: Most of the researches have shown a strong link and connection between depression, the risk factors associated with it and the increased incidences of Suicide and undiagnosed mental health illness.

Fact: It is therefore, true to suggest that most of the people diagnosed with depression possess a greater probability to attempt suicide.

Example: Looking for example is watching out for a person with sudden switch from sad to being very calm or appearing to be happy

Conclusion: In conclusion, then depression is directly associated to the cause of suicide in adolescents. A part from undiagnosed mental health illness. Due to this impact of depression on the issue of suicide and cognitive impairment have drawn attention to the health agencies to move fast and find a solution. This is because as the cases of suicide increase globally and more so to the developing countries it is posing a greater problem and being this has necessitated research to the potential prevention of depression in adolescents and the prevention of Suicide.
