Revision Suggestion Letter.
Write a letter that addresses one or more problems in the way a document is written and designed, and provide suggestions for improving it. Approx. 300 words.
Requirements:
Find a document produced by a company, organization, or institution.
Examie it closely for problems in its languages and design. Problems may be
- global (affecting readers understanding of the whole document) or local (affecting only a portion of the document)
- verbal (wording, tone, presumed expertise of audience, etc.) or nonverbal (images, layout, typography, etc.)
Describe the problmes for revising.
- negative suggestions: remove, omit, strike, etc.
- postive suggestions: add, alter, reword, etc.
Examples could be: A menu, Instruction manuals, newspaper and editorals and etc.
