Discuss the cost of accidents to an employer in from a perspective of why prevention is better than cure -

The working surroundings within the organization should be properly comprehended and managed as it has great effect on staff members. Moreover, safe, healthy and ecologically sound functioning environs should be a priority for communally responsible employees. There is no doubt in the fact that the employees are a vital fraction of a firm's public standing and also, contribute in building optimistic public affiliations. Even though, corporations facilitate their staff members with advance pay and some assistance from their side whenever there is any injury, but eventually the expenditure has to be borne by the workers themselves. Hence, it is recommended that the employees should look after their wellbeing and demand good working surroundings as they are once who will have to suffer maximum due to unsafe working condition and as we all know prevention is better than cure.
