A group of UTM students are participating in a competition to develop innovative mobile services for an international operator. The mobile services will be developed by the students over a period of 4 months. The services need not be fully operational but the prototypes should be live enough to allow the operator's customers get a feel of the services and provide feedback

(a) Describe TWO quality attributes which would be expected from the prototypes developed by the students
