What must be the responsibility of the project manager into relation to the business case?

Idyllically, the project manager must be appointed early adequate to give to the development of the business case as or even to acquire the lead into its development. At the extremely least, someone along with a project management background must be asked to review the business case to ensure that the approach proposed is realistic.

When the project manager has not given to the creation of the business case after that, one of his or her primary jobs after appointment must be examine it and to satisfy themselves which they are pleased to take duty for the project. When they think that the scope, which budget or timescale is impossible, they must increase their objections along with the project sponsor as well as endeavour to negotiate an additional realistic programme.

When the project is underway, the project manager requirements to keep a watchful eye onto the business case to ensure that the manner the project is going is not going to concession the achievement of the advantages outlined within the business case.
