Work Study as a Management Tool:

Work study investigates the work completed in an organization and this aims at finding the best and most efficient way of using available resources; Work study is a generic term for those techniques mainly ‘method study’ and ‘work measurement’. As a management tool, work study is utilized for examination of human work within all its contents. It, in turn, leads systematically to the investigation of all factors that affect the efficiency of the situation being reviewed, so as to seek developments.
