Education and training bring workers to a standard; here they can perform industrial tasks well. The increasing quickness of changes today as compared to previous periods intensifies the requirements for study, new education and its adaptation and training.
Education enhances an employee and he can take up and carry out jobs of higher responsibility, while, training prepares an individual than he can achieve his industrial task effectively and efficiently. Education enhances knowledge and training enhances the skill and aptitude. Both education and training are complementary to each other.
