What is a flip-flop? What is the difference between a latch and a flip-flop? List out the application of flip-flop.
Ans. Flip-Flop: It is a fundamental memory element utilized to store one bit of information. Both latches and Flip-flops are bistable logic circuits and can reside into any of the two stable states because of a feedback arrangement. The major difference among them is in the method utilized for changing the state.
Applications of Flop-Flops:
1. Bounce elimination switch
2. Parallel Data Storage in Registers
3. Transfer of Data from one bit to another.
4. Counters
5. Frequency Division
Loosely Coupled Systems These systems do not distribute the global memory because shared memory concept gives rise to the difficulty of memory conflicts, which in turn slows d
