Place Strategies:

Economic, reliable and efficient transportation and distribution of goods and services has played a important role in the development of world trade. Within the total cost of a product, over fifty percent is related to material and around ten percent is labour cost. Conversely, Distribution of the product accounted for the remaining forty percent. Thus, the selection of an appropriate distribution medium is critical to the success of the global marketing attempts of a company place or distribution strategies are dependent onto the type of product a company offers.
