What is Arsenite  inhibitor

Arsenite inhibits synthesis of ATP,  in the conversion of 1,3-bisphosphoglycerate  to 3- phosphoglycerate, by  causing uncoupling of oxidation and  phosphorylation in  the mitochondria1  electron transport chain.
