Ans) Organizations are spending much larger portions of their budget on software. Not only are the software turning out to be more costly than hardware, but they also build a host of other problems to the customers:

  • software products are difficult to modify and debug,  and add new features;
  • often fail to meet the user requirements;
  • are far from being reliable;
  • frequently crash;
  • use resources non-optimally;
  • often delivered late.
