Q. What do you mean by Resistance?
An ideal resistor is a circuit element with the property that the current through it is linearly proportional to the potential difference across its terminals,
i = v/R = Gv, or v = iR
which is known as Ohm's law, published in 1827. R is known as the resistance of the resistor with the SI unit of ohms (), and G is the reciprocal of resistance called conductance, with the SI unit of siemens (S). The circuit symbols of ?xed and variable resistors along with an illustration of Ohm's law. Most resistors used in practice are good approximations to linear resistors for large ranges of current, and their i-v characteristic (current versus voltage plot) is a straight line.
Execution Unit receives program instruction codes and data from BIU, implements these instructions and store the result in general registers.

dear sir, when i am going to simulate my model in matlab i am getting the following error : the derived input for the integrator is inf or nan at time xxxxx. try to reduce the step
Boost Converter The boost converter has its output voltage always greater than input voltage like a buck converter boost converter has two modes.
Q. For a part of the network shown in Figure, given that i 1 = 4A; i 3 (t) = 5e -t , and i 4 (t) = 10 cos 2t, find v 1 , v 2 , v 3 , v 4 , i 2 , and i 5 .
Determine the magnitude of the current: For the circuit of Figure below determine the magnitude of the voltage "drops" across each resistor R1 - R7. Determine the magnitude
