What are the conditions exists after performing validation testing?

After performing the validation testing there two situations arise. The function or performance characteristics are according to the specifications and are taken. The requirement specifications are derived and the deficiency list is prepared. The deficiencies then can be solved by setting up the proper communication with the customer.
