Define the failure intensity of the basic model, Software Engineering

Assignment Help:

Q Define the failure intensity of the Basic model?

Ans: The failure intensity of the Basic model is

λ (μ) = λ0 [1 - μ / v0]

Where λ0 is the initial failure intensity also μ is the average number of failures expected at any given point in time. The quantity v0 is the total number of failures that would take place at infinite time.
