The middle level managers require training and education onto HRM, Decision Making as well as Self Development. The methods employed are:
a. Under study in which the managers learn the methods of his superior.
b. Positional rotation that broadens the background managers in other regions.
c. Assignment to particular projects that is a useful and flexible training device.
d. Committee Assignments that help inter-personal interaction and team-ship many more.
