Aerobic and Anaerobic Exercises
Generally, there are two types of exercises:
- Aerobic
- Anaerobic
Aerobic exercises are those in which the patient spends calories from nutrient sources.
Examples of aerobic exercises are:
- bicycling

Anaerobic exercises are of short duration, there is increased physical activity and gets the energy sources from muscles. Examples of anaerobic exercises are:
