What are the advantages to the project manager, Business Economics

Assignment Help:

What are the advantages to the project manager in giving regular progress reports to the project team members?

People working onto a project as to have an understanding of how that is doing and where what they do suit in to the overall picture. On a huge project, in exacting, team members can feel ‘buried’ into their own work along with little visibility of the ‘big picture’. As well, where bad news –as like delays and technical problems – gets identified all too readily onto the ‘grapevine’, better news regarding deliverables successfully attained or how pleased the clients are along with progress frequently gets overlooked. In addition to such morale-building aspects of reporting progress to team members, this is also the case which solutions to problems frequently come from unlikely sources – maybe someone who is not directly included in the issue but who can give a different and useful perspective on this.
