We need to create Web Chat Application

general info-

Its web chat application which supports audio as well as video chat - I do not want it to be on flash and i want these details to be included

1) It will connect to other network ( like yahoo - Facebook using api - ) etc. and then will get access to our chat but after register to our database also u will have the ability to login to chat wtih our registered id
2) it will has private im with audio and video - text chatting - fonts - smiles & colors
3) chat will has same iprivate message details expect video - and voice will not be as conference it will be chat mode ( we can explain to u it later )
4) friend list will be grabbed by other network ( as 1st step )
5) ability to change users nickname & colours in chat room
6) room list with ability to create custom room anytime

these are chief points and we will discuss others later but u must have these skills before accepting this project
