Performance issues on amazon ec2, PHP Web Programming

I presently host my websites on Amazon EC2.

I seem to be having several performance issues such as longer than expected loading times.

My sites build with Wordpress. I use Cloudflare.

I would like for you to determine the current set up and configure the set up for optimum loading / speed.
