Apartment Available Rooms Website

I would like to build a website that permits apartments to register their facility online by registering on my site for a monthly fee. I would like the design to be simple as well as cool looking to appeal to college students. I would like the system of registration to permit apartments to keep up to date info on their available rooms that they sign in and edit for themselves. Their pages must not be customizable except for the data they select from drop down arrows for their available rooms and types of rooms, as well as price they can manually type in for each availability, as well as a summary they can type about info of their facility along with a profile picture of their facility that they choose. Easy cool solid visual graphics for the data they would enter would be very nice such as a one bedroom, one bath having one bed and a single bath image on the apartment's page when viewed by students. I would as well like there to be a crisp organised look to the site to where students can go on and easily.
