We need help in Site coding

I have set up a marquee using a jquery plugin.

a) I want to duplicate that marquee action across multiple sites using iframe or some such so that I can update the marquee in one place as well as have the updates run across all the sites.

Desired result- Drop code in a precise location on the replicated sites that will call the marquee action from the above site.

I want a way to update the marquee text so that I do not have to directly edit the html. I need an edit page function so that my client can do his own edits.

Desired result- A third party will capable to edit one, two or all text areas of the marquee without directly editing the html.

Desired result- Ten edit areas all with its own submit action.
