We need help for Simple php online ordering system

I need a basic online ordering system for restaurant which is very user friendly, both client side as well as back panel. It must be for whole page and the cart is always visible in the right side of the screen.

Must have functions-

1) Each food items must have an option to assign supplement items, a picture, description and (option to rate it by client).

2) The cart is updated automatically without page reload.

3) Selection to pick up or delivery there must be option somewhere where we can set the discount % to give if the client comes to take it as take away.

4) Map api isn't compulsory

5) Client provides time as well as (date) for delivery, pickup and some extra information

6) Payment gateway- PayPal and credit card and (maestro if possible)

7) The client gets an email if the order is made, payment confirmation and delivery confirmation
