2) Once people have an account, they can log in and subscribe to services

3) On the other side, the web app should allow an administrator to manage customer information and update the list of services available

4) The web app should be mobile-ready for easy viewing on a smartphone or tablet

Languages needed are HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, JQuery Mobile, PHP, MySQL
