I want a help in Moodle modification

I need modifications to Moodle to permit for many schools to use the same software, however no school may see each other's teachers or students. Beginning specs-

First Phase

All references to Moodle (graphics, links and so on) removed as well as replaced with company name

Moodle should be setup to allow for several Training Facilities ("TF") to use the same application. Such as-

- The front page (login page) will have an alike interface as facebook.com or linkedin.com with the ability to login or create a user id

- When the user id is created the user has the ability to choose a TF. Merely valid TFs are presented.

- The first formed TF is set as the default TF for the user

- User has the capability to add more TFs

- An email is lead to TF Admin stating user id is linking to TF

- User has the capability to change the 'default' TF

- A listing of each TFs are displayed to the user

- When logged in a user is presented with a page with the graphic for the TF in the head
