Uses of Biodegradable polymers

Biodegradable polymers are utilized basically for medical goods like surgical tissue, sutures in enlargement materials or for controlled drug free instruments, plasma substitutes and so on. The decomposition reactions generally involve hydrolysis to non-toxic small molecules that can be metabolized by or excreted from the object. These are as well searches use in agriculture materials (like layers, seed coatings), personal hygiene products, fast food wrappers etc.
