Explain the two main types of communication networks that exist in organizations, giving a detailed description of every element it consists of and highlight their respective advantages, disadvantages and purposes.

(b) Team leaders have to be on the lookout for symptoms of ineffective teams. What according to you are the reasons for ineffective teams and what will be done to overcome these symptoms?
