The Project Management triangle is depicted as Cost, Schedule & scope. These 3 aspects form the sides of the triangle and the customer is the center point. As customer is always concerned about Scope, Cost and Schedule, so in order to get the customer satisfaction project manager should deliver all scope in propose schedule & cost.
